Whilst they are not overly complex analytical devices, we would expect even seasoned analyser technicians to require some basic maintenance and service training.

At icon we can offer training at our facility in Bath. Training courses here are a mixture of classroom and hands on practical fault finding. We have a complete set of products permanently on site which we use for training and customer support.

We can also offer training at the customer site or at the local distributor site if required. This is possible when a local FAT is being performed and the customers analyser is available.
